Performance: spiral steel belt protective sleeve is my company and developed a new machine tool function parts of Italy, used in CNC machine tools, processing centers and other types of precision machine tools, hydraulic, all shafts, bars and ball screw protection.
It not only has a dust-proof and swarf, coolant and other functions, and can maintain normal accuracy machine tools, and extend machine life, increase the appearance. Features: spiral steel belt protective sleeve made of high quality spring steel strip have been made, to protect parts such as ball screws, shafts, rods. Protection through the installation of a protected b-side of flange, connected with the protected free contact.
The protective sleeve with flange connection between security is relying on its own the pre achieved compression elastic, so at work running a stable, scalable, low noise, its surface is black gloss, and coordination of most of the flanges on the machine.
Ordering instructions: spiral steel belt protective sleeve is based on ball screw, shaft, the diameter of the rod-type parts, supporting customized parameters such as distance, so when ordered by the following methods:
1. user selection units according to our standard specifications.
2. user provided protective sleeve d, Lmax, Lmin (special requirements of D2) (code as shown in figure), designed and manufactured by our factory, prices calculated according to standard leads.
Note: 1. for flange user-generated, our factory can provide sketches.
2. If bulk order price. 3. except in special cases size limits, D2 is not required.
