The spiral chip removal assembly is mainly used for the transportation of granular, powdered, block-like and short chips cut from metals and non-metals. Due to its compact structure, small space occupation, convenient installation and use, few transmission links, reliable operation, extremely low failure rate, and wide range of speed selection, it is particularly suitable for machine tools where the chip removal space is narrow and other chip removal methods are not suitable for installation.

The spiral chip removal assembly is divided into three types: Type A has a rotating core shaft and a chip collection groove; Type B has no rotating core shaft but a chip collection groove; Type C has no rotating core shaft and no chip collection groove; It can also be used in combination with other chip removal assemblies.
