Scraper chip conveyor

The lifting type chip remover has a specific structure. Each scraper is self-powered and scrapes the chips along the machine floor. When it reaches the chip discharge area, it separates from the chips. According to the structural dimensions, it is divided into three basic types (I, II, III). Types I, II, and III have elegant and compact appearances. The scraper type chip remover is suitable for long-distance transportation on medium and small-sized machines and production lines. The lifting type chip remover has a wide range of speed selection and high working efficiency; it offers diverse chip removal widths, providing sufficient selection range. The height and distribution spacing of the scraper can be randomly designed. The scraper type chip remover is mainly used for transporting chips and chips with broken edges. It is not limited by material and has a wide range of applications.
